Authorized Signature Representatives Responsibilities

Authorized signature representatives are responsible for all student organization purchases, creating and tracking an organization budget, and ensuring that all University rules and regulations are being followed, including proper approvals before events and travel. Representatives are also expected to provide proper organization and finance turnover training to new representatives, before terms are complete. 

  • Restricted purchases or purchases that are not first approved by Student Organization Business Office and/or Center for Student Involvement & Leadership, may be charged to an representative’s U-bill at the University’s discretion.
