FAIR DAY! registration for student organizations typically occurs a few months before the event. Registration opens for the fall Student Organization Fair in April and registration for the spring Student Organization Fair begins in November. Volunteer Fair participants are contacted by the Center for Student Involvement & Leadership staff when Volunteer Fair registration begins. In order to register for the UI Volunteer Fair, your agency must be a registered agency with the Johnson County United Way or The 10,000 Hours Show of Eastern Iowa. Registrations are not accepted from agencies that do not meet the eligibility criteria. Staff from Student Employment within the UI Office of Student Financial Aid contact participants of the Student Job Fair during the summer to participate in their fall fair.  Center for Student Involvement & Leadership, Off Campus Partners, and City of Iowa City staff also contact participants of the Off Campus Housing Fair in November before their fair held during the spring semester. 

Space is limited at each fair and certain criteria and guidelines must be followed for the different fairs that participate in FAIR DAY! Registration is online via an OrgSync form.

The 2014 fall semester FAIR DAY! will occur on August 27, 2014, from 11:00 AM through 3:00 PM at the Iowa Memorial Union.

 Student organization registration for the 2014 fall semester FAIR DAY! has closed and the wait-list has filled.
